Little ones will receive a dose of fun as parents take a moment to relax at Pomeroy Kananaskis Lodge’s Happy Trails Daycare. Children can let their imaginations soar as they listen to stories, play games, and create crafts – all while making new friends in the Children’s Creative Centre.

The centre’s large woodland-themed play area comes equipped with a sizable indoor playground, interactive floor ‘iPad’, chalk walls, and more. The Lodge itself also offers spacious family guest rooms, making this a destination both kid-friendly and kid-approved.  

Happy Trails Daycare is available for children aged 1 – 10 and is open from 11:00 AM -7:00 PM daily (except Wednesdays).

Pony Ride at Boundary Ranch

Holidays are especially magical in Kananaskis. Pomeroy Kananaskis Lodge is known for their holiday celebrations including “Merry Kananaskis” and Halloween activities like their Trick-Or-Treat Scavenger Hunt and Haunted House. 

The lodge has become famous for its annual immersive winter wonderland that encapsulates the magic of the holiday season in the “land of a million Christmas Trees.”

The tube park is the largest in western Canada, making it a unique experience your kids will surely remember. 

Nakiska Tube Park is open on holidays and weekends during the ski season from 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Children under 5 are free alongside a paying adult and children, youth, and adults pay between $24.00 – $32.00 for 2 hours.
